This is Coach Frank's first year with the Cal High Women's Basketball Program. His primary focus is to provide strength and conditioning training to all three levels of the program. Coach Frank started the program in the off season and will continue providing training throughout the regular season utilizing the Cal High weight room. The purpose of the program is to teach fundamental lifting and conditioning exercises to help prevent injuries and to prepare the athletes for the physical demands of the season.
Coach Frank was a multisport athlete in high school where he was a teammate with Coach George Pratt and continued as a student athlete at the collegiate level. He is a lifelong fitness enthusiast who has been trained as a Crossfit instructor and continues to pursue learning opportunities associated with strength and fitness training.
